Hi! I’m Jenan Youanes, a passionate esthetician and co-founder of SkinWorks. I’ve been an esthetician & laser practitioner for 17 years, and every step of the journey has been filled with growth, gratitude, and so much love for what I do.

Skincare, for me, is personal. It’s about more than just treatments. Whether it’s helping someone clear their acne, restore their glow, or simply find a moment of peace, I’m here to walk alongside them.

At SkinWorks, I pour my heart into every treatment, blending science, skill, and soul. Watching someone leave not only glowing, but also confident in their skin, that’s the true reward of what I do.

When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll probably find me traveling (my suitcase basically has its own passport at this point), spending time with my son, squeezing in a Pilates class, or getting lost in a binge worthy show.

Hello and welcome! I’m Nansi Kaskorkis, Co-Founder of SkinWorks and a dedicated Laser Practitioner with over 11 years in the aesthetics industry. With a Master’s in Human Resource Management, my passion has always been people—both in care and connection.

When we launched SkinWorks in 2021, our vision was more than just a med spa—we aimed to create a results-driven, client-centered space where science meets care. What started with one machine and a shared dream has grown into a thriving practice, thanks to the trust and support of our amazing clients.

Every treatment I provide reflects my commitment to quality, continuous learning, and personalized care. Your skin goals are my priority, and it’s a privilege to be part of your journey.

Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mom who loves family time. I also enjoy staying active and unwinding with a glass (or two) of wine. Thank you for allowing us to do what we love every day. We’re just getting started, and the best is truly yet to come.

 Hi, I’m Tasia, a Nurse Practitioner and aesthetic injector with more than a decade of experience in healthcare and over six years specializing in aesthetic medicine. My approach is centered on thoughtful, natural-looking treatments that enhance your features while still allowing you to feel completely like yourself.
 
I specialize in Botox, dermal filler, facial balancing, Sculptra, EZ Gel, medical weight loss, and IV therapy. I believe the best aesthetic results are never one-size-fits-all, which is why I take the time to understand each patient’s goals and create a personalized treatment plan designed specifically for them.
 
For me, aesthetics is about so much more than appearance—it’s about helping you feel refreshed, confident, and like the very best version of yourself. I’m so grateful for every patient who places their trust in me, and I look forward to welcoming you to Skinworks.

I’m Alandra, a licensed esthetician at SkinWorks Med Spa with a passion for helping clients feel confident in their skin. I began my journey in the beauty industry as a receptionist and fell in love with helping people feel confident. In 2022, I became a licensed esthetician to take a more active role in client transformations.

I specialize in skin treatments and laser hair removal, and I truly enjoy building lasting relationships with my clients. Outside of work, I love Pilates, spending time with my fiancé and loved ones, and trying new foods.

I look forward to helping you glow inside and out!

Hi, I’m Mariam! I started my journey in laser hair removal because I believe in the confidence, freedom, and convenience it can bring to everyday life. After experiencing the benefits firsthand, I was inspired to help others feel that same smooth, carefree transformation.

What I love most about my work is building real connections with clients and being part of their confidence journey. I'm here to offer support, tips, and encouragement every step of the way.

Outside of the treatment room, you’ll find me traveling, shopping, or spending time with my loved ones—making memories and enjoying life to the fullest.

I'm Samantha, a licensed esthetician and passionate skincare advocate since 2021. My own struggles with skin and self-confidence sparked a deep love for this industry. I know how transformative healing your skin can be—because I’ve lived it.

Now, I help others feel that same shift through personalized, results-driven treatments designed to boost both skin health and self-esteem. My mission is to make every client feel seen, supported, and truly radiant.

When I’m not in the treatment room, I’m likely at Pilates, spending time with family, or getting hooked on a good TV series.

I'm Natalee, a Licensed Esthetician and Hair Removal Connoisseur at SkinWorks Med Spa. After being diagnosed with PCOS and told I wouldn’t see results from hair removal treatments, I set out to prove otherwise

Since 2021, I’ve been helping clients at SkinWorks Med Spa as a Laser Hair Removal Specialist. In 2023, I took it further by becoming a licensed esthetician so I could treat skin concerns from all angles—whether it's unwanted hair, breakouts, or achieving that radiant glow.

I’m passionate about real results, lasting confidence, and creating a space where clients feel seen and supported. When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll find me with family, making spontaneous plans with friends, or catching up on some well-earned sleep.

I'm Mary, a licensed esthetician and advanced laser specialist. My love for skincare started long before I became licensed in 2020. Since then, I've been committed to continuing education to stay up to date with the latest innovations. I completed my training at the National Laser Institute, and became certified in lasers, allowing me to expand my skills and better serve all my amazing patients.

I struggled with my skin for years and that experience changed the way I view skin health. It's also what guides me in creating customized treatment plans. When I'm not at Skin Works, I'm soaking up family time, juggling mom life, binge-watching shows, or enjoying dinner out. I'm not just here as your esthetician, I'm also your personal therapist and biggest supporter.

Helping you reach your skin goals is something I genuinely care about, and the friendships I build with my clients make the journey even better.

Hi, I’m Rhonda! I’m a licensed esthetician with 7 years of experience in the industry. My passion for esthetics goes beyond skincare, I genuinely love making people feel good about themselves. There’s something so rewarding about helping someone feel more confident in their own skin, whether we’re working toward a specific skin goal or they simply needed an hour to feel cared for. I love building relationships with my clients, earning their trust, and creating an experience where they leave feeling even better than when they walked in.
 
Outside of all things skin, I’m usually planning my next trip, finding an excuse to shop, working on my tennis game, trying a new restaurant, or counting down the days until I’m back at Ford Field cheering on the Lions. 

Hi! My name’s Alexis you may not know my face, but you definitely know my voice. I’m the girl keeping things moving behind the front desk at SkinWorks — booking your appointments, answering your questions, greeting you when you walk in, and making sure every client has the best experience from start to finish! 

A few fun facts about me: I’m a marketing girly, I’m obsessed with all things beauty & skincare, and I’m always thinking of the next TikTok, Reel, or creative idea. When I’m not at work, you can probably find me doomscrolling on TikTok, watching movies, or hanging out with my brothers and my dog
